Hi,I am the latest zh-CN translator,I saw this release has include the chinese simplefied locale,but there is still one problem needed to be fixed.
your zh-CN description defined in install.rdf should be changed to following:
zh-CN
Form History Control
管理表单历史记录（查看、编辑、删除、清理、导入/导出）
The name of the extension "Form History Control" should be kept as the original English form untranslated.
I have changed the description and submitted it to AMO.
